Swingkatten, a swing dance society

Swingkatten was founded in 2002 by members of Uppsala Bugg and Swing Society (UBSS). Our goal is to promote swing dancing in and around Uppsala. We want to improve the social dance scene for lindy hoppers and introduce more people to swing and lindy hop.

 We organize dance evenings and offer classes, workshops and shows.

Today Swingkatten has close to 300 members participating in classes and other activities.
