Marie Nahnfeldt Mattsson (Sweden) & David Rehm (USA)
David resides in the Washington, DC area. He regularly teaches and judges at many events throughout North America, Europe, and Asia. He has won numerous competitions including American Classic Balboa Championship and Euro Bal Cup. David is known for his clear explanations of his techniques and has been called one of the great “technicians of the dance”.
Marie lives in Stockholm. She teaches regularly throughout Europe and has won and judges several competitions in both the US and Europe. Marie is popular for her clear and understandable explanations for followers. Together with David, Marie challenges students to excel but not without giving them the tools.
Anne-Helene & Bernard Cavasa (France)
Anne-Hélène & Bernard Cavasa from Toulouse, France. Anne-Hélène and Bernard began teaching around 2001 and have been known for their unique style. They also host the annual Frenchie Balboa Festival. In 2007 they won the American Classic Balboa Competition at the All Balboa Weekend in Cleveland, Ohio. Anne-Hélène are popular with students around the world for their detailed, yet clear and concise instruction and relaxed atmosphere, plus the wonderful musicality explanations and creative moves.
Natasha & Olivier Harouard (France)
Natasha & Olivier reside in Cannes, France. They began teaching together in 2003 and now organize Balboa on the Promenade. In December 2009 they won 1st place in the Pro Euro Bal Cup. Natasha & Olivier are known for the energy, creativity and playfulness of their dance and for Natasha’s gracefulness.

Joana Ekeström and Andreas Olsson (Sweden)
Joana and Andreas both reside in Stockholm. They teach locally in Stockholm and around Europe. They have made their mark in Europe as well as the US competing and placing in many competitions. In June they took 2nd place in the Showcase division at All Balboa Weekend and 4th in the American Classic Balboa Championships. They won 1st place in the Open Classic Balboa Championships at Balboa on the Promenade May 2010 and 3rd place in the Euro Bal Cup in December 2009. Joana and Andreas are known for focusing on the important details which are necessary for different dance movements to work. They create a calm yet enthusiastic teaching atmosphere.
